Dy’mon Walker

Clinical Research Coordinator

Dy’mon Walker is a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pediatric research team. Dy’mon also assists with studies in other departments and research areas. Dy’mon graduated from the illustrious Morgan State University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Dy’mon has worked in the research field since 2016 when she received two-year funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to conduct and publish her personally developed biomedical research. Dy’mon’s exposure to biomedical research inspired her to seek her first clinical research role, at the world-renown, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in 2018. Dy’mon’s passion for clinical research has blossomed since her time at WRNMMC and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical research at the University of Arizona. 

Dy’mon has experience within multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, neurology, immunology, and virology. Dy’mon has been with the University of Arizona since 2023 and has worked on studies within the field of pediatrics, women’s health, infectious diseases and more. Outside of work, Dy’mon enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and shopping.
