Caroline Karlinsey is a Clinical Research Coordinator II at the CATS Research Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with an emphasis in Health Systems Theory and Practice, from the University of Arizona in 2022. She has worked in clinical research since 2022 and has supported studies in pediatrics, gynecology, and nephrology. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, she is committed to ensuring participants feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout the research process. Caroline is dedicated to patient-centered research and motivated to improve health innovation for diverse communities. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, indoor cycling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
