Security Badges
If you are a University of Arizona Researcher and require access to a restricted area at Banner. Please, have a manager or supervisor fill out the Request form below and email it directly to BannerResearchBadgeRequest@bannerhealth.com. A separate submission should be made for each staff member requiring a new badge and/or badge changes.

- General access Badge requests can be completed in approximately 1 week.
- Complex access Badge requests can take longer depending on the area and the number of areas being requested.
Once your request is submitted your CRDP will notify you that Banner security has the request and will provide you with the ticket number.
Badges expire 1 year after they are issued. an expired badge can be reactivated following the same procedure.
